HI-Q® BALANCING SYSTEM

REGO-FIX HSK/ER collet holders are balanced to G 2.5 @ 25.000 rpm. Type H collet holders are ready to accept Hi-Q® balancing rings which allow precision balancing of the system including cutting tool up to 80.000 rpm depending on the balancing rings used.

Our holders offer a good vibration dampening to sustain a high surface finish and can prevent cutting force alterations.

SPECIAL APPLICATIONS

When extra high clamping force is needed, e.g. when tapping with ER-GB or PCM ET1*, we recommend to use our friction bearing clamping nuts Hi-Q®/ERB** and Hi-Q® /ERBC*.

*Not for coolant through tools and not for applications with sealing disks.
