#focusMEM hat heute ihre diesjährige Generalversammlung bei REGO-FIX durchgeführt

Wir durften dafür unsere Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stellen und das Rahmenprogramm gestalten. Besonders gefreut hat uns die Möglichkeit, REGO-FIX als Ausbildungsbetrieb vorzustellen. Im Rahmen einer Firmenpräsentation sowie eines Rundgangs durch unsere Produktion, inklusive Besuch unserer Lernendenwerkstatt, konnten wir Einblicke in unsere Berufsbildung geben und den Austausch zu Lehrstellen und Nachwuchsförderung vertiefen.

Great insights and many engaging questions: Today we had the pleasure of welcoming #focusMEM to REGO-FIX

As part of their general assembly held at our premises, we provided not only the facilities but also organized the supporting program. A key focus was presenting REGO-FIX as a training company: during the company presentation and the tour through our production, including a visit to our apprentice workshop, we shared insights into our vocational training and exchanged views on apprenticeships and talent development.
